Information we collect

• Waitlist email: If you previously joined the beta waitlist, we collected the email address you submitted.
• Anti-abuse signals: We may process reCAPTCHA tokens and related signals to prevent spam and abuse.
• Account and app data: If you use the mobile app, we process account identifiers and the profile, nutrition, food log, recipe, barcode, and goal information you choose to provide.
• Subscription status: We process purchase and entitlement status from the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Device and usage information: We may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and crash information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the app.

How we use information

• To maintain historical beta waitlist records and related communications.
• To protect the site and backend from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To operate, maintain, and improve CraveSmart.
• To provide and measure advertising for eligible non-subscribers.
• To verify purchases and provide subscription benefits.

Advertising, analytics, and consent

The mobile app uses Google AdMob to serve and measure advertising for eligible non-subscribers. Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interactions to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Where required, the app requests consent before enabling applicable advertising or analytics processing. Subscribers are not intentionally shown these ads.

This website does not use advertising cookies. We may use analytics to understand site and app usage; analytics providers may process basic device, diagnostic, and usage information subject to your available consent choices.

Sharing and third parties

We use service providers to run CraveSmart, including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting, storage, databases, notifications, analytics, and diagnostics; Google AdMob for mobile advertising; and Apple or Google for app distribution and subscription processing. These providers may process data on our behalf or under their own terms to provide their services.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and legal records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account-linked app data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to backup, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.

Your choices

You can use available device and in-app controls to manage advertising consent and tracking choices. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@cravesmart.app.
